About the maker: Emma Odenkirchen is a ceramic artist and designer from Eelde, the Netherlands. Inspired by color and shape, Emma loves working with her favorite material clay, exploring playful patterns and bold designs in her vibrant pieces.
“Olé keramiek is all about one-of-a-kind, handmade pieces. I let color and form lead the way, working in small, thoughtful batches. What emerges from my hands is what exists.”
Emma creates in small batches and sells her work locally, through her webshop, and in collaboration with concept stores and galleries.

She also teams up with photographer Julia Odenkirchen under the name Studio Bim Bam — a creative sister duo focused on visual photography concepts.
Over de maker: Emma Odenkirchen is een keramiste en ontwerper uit Eelde, Drenthe. Ze werkt vanuit haar atelier aan huis met haar favoriete materiaal: klei! Ze laat zich inspireren door kleur en vorm. Ze houdt van het proces en het zoeken naar speelse patronen en kleurrijke ontwerpen.
“Olé keramiek draait om unieke, handgemaakte stukken. Ik laat me leiden door kleur en vorm, en werk in kleine intuïtieve oplages. Wat uit mijn handen ontstaat, is.”
Emma werkt in kleine oplages en verkoopt haar werk lokaal, in haar webshop en werkt samen met galerieën en conceptstores.

Emma werkt ook samen met haar Zus en fotograaf Julia Odenkirchen. Als studio Bim Bam werken ze samen aan visuele fotografieconcepten.
